So here's a cool thing—you know how you use mulch in your garden to control weeds? Well, @MonroviaPlants does the same thing in their growing fields! Adding a bark topper to plants growing in their green pots means they can really limit their use of herbicides. Plus, see how the field in the second pic slopes in to the middle? That's so they can reclaim about 95% of the water that isn't absorbed by plants during irrigation. Way to #GrowResponsibly!
