Persian Green Plum
This plum is native to Iran and widely grown and recognized among Middle Eastern cultures. Persian green plum is a small sour plum with apple-green skin and crisp, dark yellow flesh. In native cultures it is preferred to be eaten when fruits are small, crunchy and tart. If left on tree, the fruits will eventually ripen becoming softer, juicy and sweet.
